I took a sneaky photo the night Arsenal beat Bayern 3-1. 

I remembered I got sent a monogrammed scarf. 

I looked out the skylight. 

I hurt my back at the gym so I worked from home on Monday; here’s a pic from the Shard last week.

I went to the gym first thing. 

I worked in block 98 at the north London derby (4-1 to the Arsenal!)

I had some perfect Waitrose blueberries. 

I went for dinner with Penny, Mona, Ange, Jane and Helen. 

I did some very important research. 

I had a very lazy Sunday with James, and I remembered the graffito I’d seen at the pub in Peckham. 

I was very grateful for my lump of belachan from Duda diner. 

I picked up a copy of the metro with my story in it on the way back from the gym. 

I saw the lights at third space Moorgate. 

I bought the good stuff from the Chinese supermarket near work.
